Our Commitment

Pico Digital Marketing Limited (Company No. SC849132) is committed to ensuring that our business and supply chains are free from modern slavery and human trafficking. Although we fall below the turnover threshold for a mandatory statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we operate a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

Our Business and Structure

Based in Ayr, Scotland, we are a specialist digital advertising agency providing a range of services to clients across the UK and internationally. Our core services include:

  • Paid Media: Paid Search, Display, and Social.
  • Organic Growth: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
  • Creative & Content: Social Media Channel Management and Content Writing.

As a digital-first business, our "supply chain" primarily consists of software-as-a-service (SaaS) providers, media platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), and professional freelance consultants.

Our Policies & Due Diligence

We believe the risk of modern slavery within our immediate business and professional supply chain is low. However, we maintain the following protections:

  • Fair Work First: We align with the Scottish Government’s Fair Work First criteria, ensuring all employees are treated fairly and provided with a safe working environment.
  • Right to Work: We conduct thorough "Right to Work" checks for all employees and contractors to ensure they are not being exploited.
  • Supplier Selection: We aim to partner with reputable technology and service providers that have robust anti-slavery policies in place.
  • Whistleblowing: We encourage a culture of transparency in which staff can raise concerns about unethical practices without fear of retaliation.

Training & Awareness

All staff members are briefed on our commitment to ethical working practices. We ensure that our team understands the importance of identifying potential risks, particularly when outsourcing content or technical tasks to third-party providers.
